1. Agreement to These Terms
By purchasing or accessing the Micro-Offer Playbook™ (and any related upsells or bonuses offered on this site), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase or use the materials.
2. Product Access
Upon successful payment, you receive instant digital access to the purchased product(s) — typically via email delivery of login credentials, download links, Notion templates, and/or video training access. Delivery depends on the email address you provide at checkout; please verify it carefully. Access is for digital goods only; no physical shipment is included unless expressly stated.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Micro-Offer Playbook within 30 days of purchase, you may request a 100% full refund by emailing support@aironsoftlab.com. Include your order email and order ID / receipt. Eligible refund requests submitted within the 30-day window will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and our Merchant of Record’s procedures. Abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may result in denial of future refunds or access.
4. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)
Payments on this website are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales tax / VAT collection, and related order administration. Your contractual purchase relationship for payment purposes is with Lemon Squeezy (and its payment partners) under their buyer terms, in addition to these Terms regarding product access and use. 5. Intellectual Property & Personal Use
All content provided with your purchase — including Notion templates, PDFs, scripts, video training, frameworks, and branding — remains the intellectual property of Micro-Offer Playbook™ / the seller. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share login credentials, publicly republish, sublicense, or create competing informational products from these materials without prior written permission. Client-facing work product you create using the frameworks (for your own clients) is yours; the underlying templates and training files are not.
6. Educational Nature & Earnings Disclaimer
The Micro-Offer Playbook provides educational and practical materials only. Results vary. Any examples or figures on marketing pages are illustrative and not guarantees of outcomes. Your results depend on skill, effort, market conditions, and execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the products. Our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future purchases and ongoing access.
